How much does CUBench cost?
CUBench Gold is $400 a month per credit union, billed monthly, and covers your whole team. Beta Founders pay 25% less, $300 a month, through August 31, 2027.
What happens to founder pricing after August 31, 2027?
Starting September 1, 2027, your subscription continues at the regular Gold price. You can cancel any time before then, and nothing else about your account changes.
How many founder seats are there?
Founder pricing is limited to a small number of credit unions during the beta. Once the seats are taken, new subscriptions are at the regular Gold price.
Can my whole team use one subscription?
Yes. A subscription belongs to your credit union, and colleagues join with their own accounts. Anyone using your credit union’s email domain is added automatically, and your admin approves anyone else.
Which credit unions can I benchmark against?
CUBench compares you with credit unions in your state. We collect rates every week from virtually every credit union that publishes them in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut and Rhode Island, covering more than 99% of credit union assets. Massachusetts is next, and we add states based on demand. Request your state.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Your credit union’s CUBench admin subscribes by card through Stripe’s secure checkout, and can update the card, download invoices or cancel from My account at any time.
Do I need a credit card for the preview?
No. The free preview only asks for your work email, job title and credit union.
